Deeman
We are def getting owned by Clleveland. Al Can't guard Shaq. I think we are the only team who stills does the " hack a shaq" on damn near every possesion.
MaceCase
I guess that missed alley oop by Lee was the final straw for Orlando, now they have the guy to finish that play. Edited June 25, 2009 by MaCeCase
HawksFan87
I would be scared and care about this trade, if this was a few years ago. But I'm not.. Vince Carter is not the same player he was..
Premium Member Diesel Posted June 25, 2009 Premium Member Report Share Posted June 25, 2009 Why would NJ want Alston? They have Devin Harris. He's one of the best young PGs in the game. They also have Dooling signed Long term. Devin is signed through 2010, so why pick up the Alston? Alston will probably be traded. He makes to much to keep... Shaq and Carter only have one year left IF THEY ARE LUCKY ! The wheels will come off Carter quickly.
Plainview1981
Shaq and Carter only have one year left IF THEY ARE LUCKY ! The wheels will come off Carter quickly. Then they'll make more moves while this team keeps making lackluster moves. I hope this trade doesn't go through though. If it does, this team is buried in 3rd place in the division at best. They'll have contracts that end. When they do, they'll pick up quality FA's (Which is something this team never is able to do) because people want to play with Howard and James. This is where Billy Knight killed this franchise by drafted that bust Marvin Williams over Paul. Who cares about playing with Joe and Marvin?
