-Helps spread the floor

-Shoots a very high % from the 3 point line

-good catch and shoot player if we can get a good drive and kick PG.

-High FT % fhooter

-Ocassionaly can score points in a hurry

The Bad:

-O.k defense

-Not much of a ball-handler

-barely drives in

-Can he help our team or not?

He's gonna get the MLE or close to it, IMHO.

Taking your analysis as the gospel. NO and my main reason is his ok defense and ball handling. I have been a proponent of finding more guys that can handle the rock and play defense. I don't care if they can shoot we just need more guys on this team that care about defense / rebounding and can handle the rock.

Last season we had no one who could hit 3 consistently. I'd want him for the right price but Hawks need to address other issues first (JJ, center).

I think he is on everyone's wish list but the only way we think about giving him the full MLE is if JJ leaves us high and dry in free agency. That is especially true now that Mo Evans is coming back. If JJ comes back the MLE would be used much better on a big then another SG.

exactly how i feel! would want him at the right price but the hawks have other issues to take care of at the moment!
