Alex
Another slow start and the Bulls are up by double digits at the end of the first quarter. No offensive movement at all. No perimeter shots again. Oh yeah Chicago is shooting over sixty percent too. Turnovers are also an issue right now. Somebody needs to light a spark in this team or this game will be finished by halftime.
Alex
And Teague is going to the locker room after CJ Watson helped him fall to the ground. That's all folks.

Supporter
Well it was a good season fellas, we just can't win anything with Joe or Horf as our best players. Next year will be the year of Teague and "Josh" hopefully.
Admin
It's 43 - 29 Bulls right now but it's not over yet don't give up!!Man Derrick Teague and Joe Smith are ballin tonight! :no2: Thank God that Teague is not seriously injured as I had visions of Bogut getting hurt when he went down. And as soon as he comes in he gets us a big basket. :good: Let's go Hawks!!!
CBAreject
When you can't get motivated for the first second round game 6 in 17 years AT HOME for this team, there ain't much that motivates you. Way, way, way too much lackadaisical play, walking the ball upcourt, standing around, making cursory passes from stationary player to stationary player. I will say in their defense, this group of starters has had to play 40 minutes or more per game the whole series because our management has just spewed away players and picks over the years. The Bulls bench enters the game in an all-out frenzy and extends the lead against our listless starting squad. Just awfully disappointing that when your backs are against the wall, knowing exactly what sort of team you're up against, you come out playing soft, apathetic basketball in front of the home crowd. They do play basketball for a living, no?
Premium Member Jody23 Posted May 13, 2011 Premium Member Report Share Posted May 13, 2011 Is it me or has Teague been open a few times and looked off?
Alex
When this team is bad we are at the bottom of the league. Unbelievable that they didn't show up tonight. No motivation or energy. Seriously get fired up. If you cannot get up for a game of this magnitude you aren't going to have much success. Joe better get his *ss booed tonight. Check that...the entire team is pathetic right now.
thescout5
The Hawks look pathetic out there on the court tonight. If this is the best they can do then I'm ready for the off season and the only question is do you put everyone on the trade block? Every year management looks the other way sticking with the same cast and every year we see this kind of play in the playoffs. Alex
Honestly we had no business winning against Orlando. Chicago absolutely exposed this team for what we really are. Mediocre at best. Force us into shooting jumpers and we have no reliable threat from outside. We also play real soft and have been dominated on the boards all series long. The only positives are Jeff Teague and it looks like Josh Smith might have figured something out. Al is real weak and it showed all series long. Noah abused him and pretty much owned him. The only pieces I would actually keep from this team are Teague, Smith, and Zaza. At least Zaza shows some intensity.
Malig
Blow this team up.. Throw Marvin over a cliff since he's so useless. Get rid of Joe ... Argh

Alex
The entire Hawks team has outscored Deng, Noah, and Boozer 53-43. That's the story of the game right there.
AtlMoveTheBallMore
It is time to blow this team up completely. Look at the Bulls. Noah, Boozer, and Deng all break their freaking necks on every play. Rose is more laid back but he is maybe the best athlete on the face of the earth so he gets away with it. Atl has Horford who is high intensity and that's it. Smith, Johnson, Williams, Teague, these guys could care less. They will lose tonight, act like they are sad, and go party for about 4 straight months with their tens of millions. They don't care. They aren't trying. Anybody watching this game knows the Hawks did not try. We had 5 offensive rebounds tonight. All by Zaza. This is f'ing ridiculous.

HawksFan87
Al Horford failed to step up once again, we needed him badly and he did not come through, failed to close out on boozer, didn't rebound, couldn't hit a shot. just nothing. and Jamal Crawford is gone, what a HORRIBLE series he had as well.. AtlMoveTheBallMore
There is no point in keeping anybody on this team other than Horford, Teague, and Zaza. Johnson and Smith and Williams absolutely have to go. I can't believe we spent that high draft pick on Williams. What did they see in him?
Malig
Wasn't he a bench player, was he the highest pick ever for a bench player?
