Supporter
Remember how you were always told that "life isn't fair", well this is the situation with the Hawks.People don't pay to watch the Hawks, People pay to watch Boston, Miami, OKC, Lakers, etc...We will never win a championship until Stern believes that we can make him a decent profit come playoff time. No matter how balanced of a team we have, until we have that one IT factor that casual fans will pay to see we will never win a championship. The NBA is rigged, it has always been. Teams like the Hawks won't win unless we have a superstar ala Dirk, Durant, Bryant, Lebron, Wade, PP, KG etc...

Smokeeye123
OKC, San Antonio and to a lesser extent Indiana and Memphis are all small market teams relatively close to being NBA Championship caliber.Saying David Stern is unfairly treating big market teams better is unfair. The fact that players sometimes prefer to play in big markets is not his fault. Small market teams can win the championship. Dallas isn't that big of a market, and neither was Detroit when they won.

They're pissed and looking for scapegoats.....as long as they're not Hawks players or coaches.
GameTime
We definitely got screwed over, but putting it all in perspective hopefully now: 1. LD gets fired.2. Sund gets fired.3. We make a run for Steve Nash.4. We get D' Antoni/Gentry/SVG at coach

The pieces they have are excellent though. I'd see if I could trade Joe and try to sign Harden in a few years if I was the Hawks GM.

Also, Detroit had something like 5 years straight of sellouts while they were in their prime.
