Kelly-USA TODAY Sports Last Team: Atlanta HawksAge: 27Position: PF2012-13 Per-Game Stats: 17.5 points, 8.4 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.8 blocks, 1.2 steals, 17.82 PERType of Free Agency: Unrestricted If Josh Smith were required to attack the basket, post up or pass the ball on every single possession, he'd be one of the 10 best players in the NBA. He has that much physical and defensive talent. However, Smoove has this strange notion that he's a top-tier jump-shooter ingrained in his brain, no matter how many times Philips Arena showers him with groans when he clanks another shot off the back of the rim. Assuming your stomach has recovered from viewing Monta Ellis' shot chart, take a look at Josh Smith's, once more courtesy of Basketball-Reference.com. It's even uglier! At least Ellis' red Xs fall behind the three-point arc, rather than populating the area of the court notorious for low efficiency. The long two-pointer is the worst shot in basketball, and yet it's the one that Smoove likes the most. It's unacceptable for a player as physically talented as Smith to shoot over 300 times from 16 to 23 feet over the course of a single season, especially when he makes only 32.9 percent of the attempts.

Premium Member Diesel Posted July 5, 2013 Premium Member Report Share Posted July 5, 2013 Like mentioned in the article, I don't believe that Bynum is healthy. He refuses to workout for teams that would pay him 10s of millions.
uga2006
This is the best Bleacher Report article I've read in a long time. Can't agree more. At first I wasn't even going to read it because it said B/R but that summary is 100% correct.

Premium Member Diesel Posted July 5, 2013 Premium Member Report Share Posted July 5, 2013 Link? Here you go. Free-agent center Andrew Bynum will provide medical reports to NBA teams interested in signing him, but won't work out for them, his agent told Yahoo! Sports on Monday.
