Split with the mighty S F Giants!

Mostly expecting this team to play .500 ball for the season.  What a way

to get there!  Terrible in two losses to SF and then turned the tables on

the Giants and won the final two.

 

For the present, that 3rd baseman we traded for from the Dodgers has been

just what was needed at the plate.  Also, first baseman has finally quit rolling

out to the "short fielder" between 1st and 2nd.

 

Pitching bounces from brilliant to awful and back again. 

 

I haven't checked but our farm system is supposed to be improved this season.

Is it?  Any one know?

 

Sure will be nice when they return east so we can watch on TV without dropping off!

I hate the Giants with passion. Have since 1986. Will Clark is one of my least fav guys ever. Matt Williams, Robby Thompson... Later Barry Bonds and now this era. Hate them all.

Uribe is pretty clutch and always has been. Not sure about our farm system. I've been under the impression that we aren't going to be for real until 2017. I guess that's Hart's plan. When we move to our new place. I'm guessing we either have to have a decent farm system or are going after some really big free agents in a year or two.
