Impaired.

I feel like the injuries this team sustained throughout the year had the biggest effect on the record.  They didn't have very many games where their core group and main rotation players played together.  

I feel like there were some positive things that came about though.  We are seeing the organization revert back to the Hawks University ways that was in place under Mike Budenholzer.  This is a tremendous positive.

I know this is supposed to be a one word response, but I have to elaborate on my, "lame", designation for this season. I understand the context of the last several games of the season, but this is still pathetic:

Every single chance they had to get above .500 or advance in the standings, they blew it. And I mean EVERY chance. If they are below .500 after 20 games next season, I would have zero problem trading whoever needs to be traded to field a more competitive team. Don't even wait until the deadline. Watching these guys fall below .500 and then struggle to stay in the Play In is beyond old at this point.

No major string of big wins to get excited about.  Injuries. Outside of JJ's growth and recent opportunities for some other guys, this is a pretty forgettable season for me.
