Chris Paul passes Magic Johnson into 5th place all time in dimes. If his good health continues (Phoenix historically a good place  to be for aging vets) he will most likely pass Mark Jackson (10,334) for 4th and Steve Nash (10,335) for 3rd. Fitting for CP3 to finish 3rd. Full circle ️ tribute to his nickname and number. 
 

Most likely won’t catch Jason Kidd for 2nd as he need another 1,946 assists which would be about 4 more full seasons of getting 500 dimes per season which he has been averaging around for the last 5 seasons. Possible but unlikely.

To be honest never really thought CP would stay healthy enough to pass Magic. To me that is a huge feat because Magic was hands down a passing great and my favorite player in the league back in the day. Nique changed things up for me and he took over that title. But just the same that Showtime was the stuff for me. Oh yeah, we are talking about CP. Congrats Chris and stay healthy.
