I must have been sleeping when they announced all these changes to the coaching staff. 
I honestly though McMillan just added to the staff but he basically broke up everything that worked last season including the offense and defense scheme.

I just don’t know what else to say other than we have a coach who captured success using someone else’s system and staff in place.

This staff doesn’t know these players and they did not help choose them and probably don’t know how to train them cause they don’t fit what McMillan is trying to bring here.

 

Schlenk was pressured into signing McMillan long term and allowed him some freedom and now it’s backfiring. I think schlenk made a mistake and I think McMillan may be a stubborn idiot for changing so much after having so much success….
