Would you put in a bid for Rasheed this summer?

Everyone has been talking about going after Kobe & K-Martin to an extent but what about Rasheed? I know that he will more than likely sign with Detroit or the Knicks but it won't hurt to ask. I would offer no more than a 4year deal. He will probably be asking for way more than we are willing to invest taking we aren't even a playoff team. If we offered Jackson 6year $30million deal would we still have money to sign someone like Rasheed or K-Martin? Maybe a 5year $40million deal for Martin or Sheed? Your thoughts Please.
