The one thing about basketball, you need help for your team to be successful. In Horf's case, I don't think it matters if he's playing "4 or 5"... The kicker is Jeff Teague. Pick and roll, pick and pop... Horf can shoot, finish at the rim... But he needs someone to put action in motion. He's not a guy with 18 seconds left on the clock, just give him the ball....

I think he'll do his part, if he can stay frickin healthy. I'm not banging on him, injuries happen. He's just so good, makes the Hawks SO much better. But, the X factor is Jeff Teague. It's time. Even the ownership is applying pressure......

No brainer? I don't know about that. Anytime you have the best player on earth, you have to wonder. Plus the MVP of the all star game? Then throw in either Wiggins or Kevin Love? Now they're gonna snatch up Marion (there's 11 and 7 night in) You may be right, but Cleveland is gonna be good...

Like I said before, the dude is a freak athletically even he's an old rookie. I've watched a lot of Big Ten games. He was a match up nightmare because he's big and can shoot... He didn't seem to be still in school.

I think it's a sign we're going to continue to infuse more foreign players into our roster... And he can influence. Let's face it, the world is catching up. Let's get them... I believe Duncan, Ginolbli, and Parker has been okay. How many none USA, players are on our team? I mean, I know Horf has spend most of his life here, Florida, ATL... But he wasn't born in the states.

And now a head case. You just lost Lance and Paul... An all star, that had 0 points and 0 rebounds as seven footer in the playoffs as a 1 seed. No pressure next year....

I agree. Our system requires sharing the ball. Just like, again, the Spurs... We don't have selfish players. I know people know how good Horf is, but I can't wait to see him fully healthy with this team and offense.

Right. Factors being mostly health. 82 games, teams will have bad nights playing. But if Horf or Sap are not even on the court it's season changing. Think Pacers fans are optimistic?

While our talent level, might not match up with every team in the East, our character level does. That means something. People like Horf and Sap, Kyle, and adding Payne... Good dudes.

While he's improved every year, making an all-star team should be left to Sap and Horf. JT just needs to play... Hell, he's got a newly signed Mack, and Dennis on his heels. Screw the heroics, he needs to work to keep his spot.

You're right. Horf has been a 5/center his whole career, and maybe Bud will make a change. He's been clamoring for years to play his natural position. It might need to happen. Or he's gone. He's prolly on hole eight, approaching the back nine of his career... I bet he's sick of guarding Centers this long.

Too many cooks in the kitchen! I've said it before... Payne, Sap, Scott, Horf... I know Bud will adjust, but it's not hard to see all four of them are 4's. We have four poward forwards and three point guards.... I'm not sure

Jordan and Pippen, c'mon... I could have sat on the bench with them. And they had good role players. I'm not saying the Spurs don't have players, I'm just saying the main ones are old and Pop had to implement a way for them to succeed.. They bought in, and obviously it worked.

Jordan is the best player to ever put on a uniform. That's different. Roll the ball out. I agree you have to have great players to win the trophy, but the Spurs don't have "great" players anymore... Save Parker, he's getting old too. It's coaching and everyone buying in... I mean seriously, who's gonna remember in 5 years that Leonard was the MVP of the champions in the Finals?

Damn, I'm not saying they're not talented. You don't win that many rings without being great basketball players. But you had guys pushing 40... And won another NBA championship. Geez, Duncan is older than me, and I feel like an old man. That Spurs team ran circles around Miami by passing the ball, being discipline, and frankly, just out coached by Pop...And the best player on the planet knew it....

Not to be rude, but those three will be HOF's. Including the coach. It's all about system. They're old and just won the trophy. Put Duncan and Manu on... Phoenix today, 30 wins, tops.
