We get that Love was out, and Irving was not himself, but the other Cavs players took on the burden and made up for Love and Irving's absence. The three point shooting, the defense, and the rebounding from the "others" on the Cavs was well over anything the Hawks "2nd tier" guys could do on their best day. Not to mention LBJ averaged a triple double basically during the ECF.
I could see if we had a fully healthy Hawks team versus the Cavs without two all stars, but we weren't even playing with our B team. It's a joke to think otherwise.
If you are going to give credit to the Cavs for playing without two all stars, you have to use the same logic when discussing the Hawks.
