  1. In fact downgrading him by comparison to Lou Williams in fact suggest that Lou is considered a worst player which is exactly what I was stating.
  2. Correct me if I'm wrong but that does not make Lou better isn't it? Just don't tell me, call Cuban or Ferry or Kings, Bobcats, Kings, Nuggets, Knicks, Bulls, Spurs, Suns GM, all expressed interest on signing Ellis, I don't remember much teams interested on Lou...
  3. You are free to have your own opinion but for all of you wanting Lou over Ellis at the same price... I would like you to go out and check comments, because out there you will not find much supporters to that idea.
  4. I just don't agree with that, a guy capable of scoring more than 20 ppg consistently with FG% 0,450 are not usually found. The last 2 seasons he has gone down a little bit but he will find his touch again.
  5. I know about that stats but there is one fact, Monta Ellis is a star on the league and Lou is a 6th man at best, he is a better offensive player than Lou and better also defensively although he is not good, but the fact is that Lou is a defensive liability. He has carried the offensive load in all teams he has played and they were bad teams, that also affects your WS, now in Dallas we will see what kind of player he is but I'm sure he will take less forced shots and we will see again the kind of shooting percentage he had at GS and we will see what kind of WS he has, I like what Dallas has done so far.
  6. This is ridicolous, a guy arguing Lou Williams is better than Monta is stating than no one would consider you seriously, this is the most hilarious argument I have had, just don't lose your time with me, go out and check what you get from that opinion, I don't even need that you come back and tell me.
  7. Arguing Lou Williams is better than Monta Ellis is just been a homer. No basketball fan from other team would agree with that statement, no GM on the NBA agree with that statement, no coach on the NBA agree with that statement. There were some teams pursuing Ellis and trying to sign him for more than 10M$, who was pursuing Lou? Even Philadelphia preferred to trade for Nick Young or Jason Richardson than to keep Lou for less price, if he is so good, why in the hell they allowed him to walk away for such a low price and sign players that you consider below him? Go and check Monta's stats on this years, even at Milwaukee he was playing well enough and winning games, this discussion is just weird, don't argue with me, just go out to whichever NBA team fan site and check what you get from that statement.
  8. I really think we would regret not taking Bullock instead of Bebe, I really liked him and still cannot understand why we passed on him.
  9. If Jenkins starts then Carroll should play with him
  10. ???? Read it again please and now pay attention and try to understand what you read...And Ellis is better than Lou, there is a reason teams are willing to pay him10M$ and not to Lou...
  11. I donn't know about WARP and how well it reflects how good a player is but in my opinion Jeff is better than Lowry, Walker and Calderon, makes me feel better than Lowry is ahead of Parker (UOWWWW), Lawson or Lillard and Irving ahead of Rose. Rondo out of the 16th, really???? On the SG, really surprised about Beal, but I agree, he is a heck of a player, but I would definately have Monta Ellis, Thornton, Matthews, Evans, JR Smith, Klay Thompson, De Rozan.... ahead of Lou Williams.
  12. If we are going with a true young Center, I would consider Cole Aldrich first, no doubt about it.
  13. Really???? Teague out of the top 15 and Lou the 6th???? Could you post the complete rankings?, I'm eager to know wich PGs are ahead of Teague and which SG are below Lou, I would not put Lou on the top 15 certainly.
  14. He will be playing on ACB, Spanish League, next year. I think is good for him and for us, hopefully he will improve enough to help us next year.
  15. I think with Jenning's move, Detroit has passed us, the ranking for me would be now Miami Indiana Chicago NJ NY Detroit Cleveland, Washington, Atlanta, Boston, Toronto fighting for last 2 spots Milwaukee lost much talent, I just don't like Knight as a starting PG.
  16. To put it in context, we are the new Utath Jazz, Teague is better than Mo Williams, Horford is the same as Jefferson, we have Milsap and although they were bad on the wings we are even worst. There is no reason to think we are going to be better than that
  17. I would sign both Brewer and one between Johnson and Ebanks, I like both, probably Ebanks is more a SF than Johnson and also a good defender but I have been so intrigued with James Johnson all this time that I would not mind to sign him
  18. Of course we would do Lou for Granger, I doubt Indiana does it though.
  19. Pero did not even start at Europe, he cannot start at NBA, he is a PF not a C as is Brand, Ayón, Horford, Milsap, Scott... we are the PF team.
  20. We came into the offseason with 3 big holes at SG, SF and C, after all the FA are gone we remain the same, in my opinion we fail miserably. We had a good PG and a good PF, we signed another good PF, a backup shooter, a veteran big on his last years and a bunch of scrubs. Mayo, Reddick, Evans, Ellis, Dorrell Wright, Webster, Corey Brewer, Howard, Bynum, Dalembert... all are gone, we have no cap space and will not be on a position to win, I just don't get it. On the draft I think we went with the best talent available on Schröder, I understand the move and also considered as the best talent available, great move but with the other pick I was hoping to draft Bullock but we went wit Bebe, I don't have anything in particular against him but Bullock filled a need and could provide instant help to the roster, as has been demonstrated on Summer league, Bebe is years away of contributing and could happen that he will never contribute, he is really raw. On the second round after going with a Center on the first round we should have tried with a wing, I think Muscala is a good pick, with the other 2 picks we could have selected Ennis and DeShaun Thomas and try both on Summer league, at least we drafted Ennis but we traded inmediately for nothing, WHY? I still cannot understand it, Ennis has good size for SF, is good defensively, fills a need, I was really pissed when we traded him and demonstrated that I was right on the Summer league 12.7 PPG, 4.7 RPG, 0.9 APG, 1.4 SPG, 44% FG, 43% 3FG, 70% FT, 23.7 MPG. Good and bad things on draft day B- for me.
  21. Probably I would make the bet also... From all the discussions seems that I am a Cleveland fan, I don't care about them just think you guys are overvaluing what we have and do not realize there are 3-4 teams that are improving considerably. Devin Harris, Josh Smith and Zaza Pachulia were solid contributors last year, we have replaced them with Milsap and Brand, for me they are worst than Smith and Zaza... and no replacement for Devin Harris, he defended well the SG position and cpntributed nice to the team, we are thinking Jenkins will take the job now but today there is a huge gap between both of them.
  22. Statistically I would say is very likely I'm right, I know what Korver has already given to the game. If you guys think that you are getting same production from Korver than on his contract year you are a little naive.
  23. This is hilarious, yo compare Bennett to Griffin, yo have no idea of this player my friend, do Blake shot 3pt at 0,38% converting more than one 3pt per game?, has Blake Griffin a reliable jump shot? Is Blake Griffin considered a tweener? Has LAC front office that they are going to try Griffin at SF? Bennett can play SF and although probably he will play more at PF, he is more similar to Josh Smith than to a typical PF, you guys considered Smith as an option at SF... you don't want to count on Bennett? Ok, even Gee and Karasev I would say are even with Korver. They would still be better at 3 positions at least. Waiters outplayed by Jenkins?? Are you serious about that? I forgot Lou as I forgot Jarret Jack, and Karasev, Thompson, Zeller, CJ Miles, Earl Clark... their bench is better also. And finally the best argument, so if they selected some players at the draft with other better options available, does that mean we have better talent? Sorry?? So what we should say with Josh Childress, Marvin, Shelden Williams, Law..... They have a superstar on Irving surrounded by very good young talent at every positions, if Bynum plays 60 games I bet they can be slightly ahead of us.
  24. Cleveland, Detroit, Washington, Charlotte and even Boston can all go ahead of us, I see good chance that the first three pass Atlanta and not so much with Boston and Charlotte but I think the pieces fit well on both cases. Ollynik can make a good duo with Humphies and they still have Sullinger, Brooks will be a good addition and they still have Rondo, Green, Bradley and Wallace. Jefferson on the other hand will fill the huge void Charlotte had, Al and Zeller can make also a good duo, exactly what Charlotte has been lacking the last years, Walker is an up and coming player and so is Henderson, Kidd Gilchrist and Taylor All this 5 teams are young teams that are supposed to improve every year, as we were doing since we drafted Josh Smith and traded for Teague, we improved every year, now we are not on that page.
  25. I think he will play 60 games again this season, his choice was to play for Cleveland and he will do it, he did not choose to play for Philly
