i just realized this... we need to trade GLOVER! ok, maybe not emphasize on "NEED" so much but more like "SHOULD"

we should trade GLOVER

this guy will never become the player he's capable of being with the atlanta hawks (IMO). I really believed that Glover could be one of the best 6th MAN in the NBA... nope, not yet!

hes so inconsistant but not by choice. I mean, one game hes not even playing... the next game, hes playing some quality minutes. This guy is capable of being our 4TH SCORER!!!

i think we should trade him or.... PUT HIM IN THE STARTING LINEUP.

Newble can come in and provide excellent DEFENSE from the bench....

Newbles defense has dissapeared since the Lakers

game.He has allowed Rip/PP and other to go off

on him several times.

Pierce is one of the players than I don't expect Newble to be able to stop...

But, Newble should be able to put the clamps on Hamilton.

We were just flat outmuscled tonight. From our first unit, our physical play must start with Ira. Hamilton has to be the skinniest 6'7" player I've ever seen...was Jordan starving him in D.C.? Ira should have pushed Hamilton around early, gotten inside his head. No excuse for him to score 32.

Detroit can play D, but they have no offense other than Rip. Even those open threes came off Hamilton, not Chucky or Billups.

If we shut down Rip, our offense should be enough for us to beat Detroit 75% of the time.

Everyone can be blamed for what is going on.People

can talk about the 50-50 record all they want...But

it's been a month since the team won a road game.

A month.Lets be honest,Theo has been ineffective

for a while now and so has Ira.There is nobody on

the roster that I am happy with right now.

It's sad that we Hawk fans just have to hope we even

get to watch a good game.

Richard Heads 32 points on Newble showed alot. This

team has a shitload of problems. And they are not

problems that are getting better. The team is built

incorrectly.

we should let GLOVER and NEWBLE fight for the starting position... if u just let newble have it, hes going to slowly lose focus and relax a little...

At the time when we arent talented at the SG position is when GLOVER needs to show that hes working hard and take over that starting role... his handles cant be as bad as Iras...

DerMarr spent a lot of time in the corner, behind the

three point line, scored some points from there and

gradually became more involved in the offense.

Since Big Dawg is prone to turnovers, especially in

the drive to the basket type plays, maybe he should

assume that roll for a while. He is a known scorer and

gets his points but he costs us points with his inability

to handle the ball in traffic.

Also, Falcons have Phillips as defensive coach. Hawks

need a Phillips type assistant coach whose responsibility

is to set up and manage the defense. I know I keep

harping on this pointb but I believe in it and until we

show some real improvement in this area I will continue

to pound on this thought.

I don't know Mule. Big Dog said himself, "I alone had almost as many turnovers as the entire team" and continued "We need to take better care of the ball" We? We? He should have said, I need to stop trying to play point guard (hug the ball) and let the point guard be thepoint guard. If I do this, we will cut down on the turnover. Also, Lon needs to tell the point guard, as soon as G. Rob touches the ball, go get it. And tell Big Dog, look for the point guard, IF you have to dribble too much in traffic, stop, pass the ball and set youself up for a shot. It is not so hard to coach a team. What the heck is going on here? We? Big Dog needs to look at what he's doing and correct it (with the coach's help).
