Sounds like Philly is suffering through the almost identical problems that we are having right now. That is going to be another tough game this week because I'm sure they will be desperate to get a win. We had better start playing better like we are capable or we could be in serious trouble.

Philly is a team that has switched from being ALL Defensive to being offensive in 1 yr. They were a team built Around Iverson, NOW, Iverson has to learn how to use his help. Finally, they are a team with a coach who is one of the best tacticians to ever coach.

They're inconsistent... Only because Iverson is inconsistent.

However...

We are a team that has 4 allstar types. Our main problem though is that NO roles have been clearly or rightly defined. Instead of us knowing who to go to, we have no idea of who to go to. The roles given are so topsy turvey that everyone is out of their element save Theo. Finally, Our Coaching is horrid. NO adjustment. NO offensive plays. NO defensive plays. etc.

As Iverson gets better, Philly will get better. When he plays consistently, they are [censored] near unbeatable. However, we don't even know the formula for what makes us work. That's a problem... And a Huge difference.
