Premium Member Diesel Posted March 18, 2003 Premium Member Report Share Posted March 18, 2003 It's not that I don't like Glover. It's that we need a three point threat. ON the verge of the end of the season, I have some from the NBADL that could come in and compete for the position next yr.. 1. Isaac Fountaine. Good Shooter. Good from Three. He can handle the rock. 2. Shae Seals. 3. Luke Recker. 6'6" Good scorer. I felt Miami should have kept him.
edmunds77
I think Luke Recker will be a servicable pro meaning a three point specialist who comes in late in games to hit the three and provide offense. He needs to get fully healthy and used to the speed of the game but you might see him in a year or two if he keeps at it. Miami has given up on many prospects early the last couple of years. Ricky Davis, Ken Johnson C, Ohio State, Jamal Mashburn...
Premium Member Diesel Posted March 18, 2003 Author Premium Member Report Share Posted March 18, 2003 I liked Skinny Ken Johnson too. He was a shot blocking machine at OSU. I think he'll make somebody's team. However, here's my new plan for the Hawks... Trade... Dickau/1st to Chicago for Jamal Crawford. Sign Luke Reckor, DJ, Dion. Draft Marcus Hatten in the Second round. Go into next season with: Theo/Nazr SAR/Hendu Big Dog/Glover Crawford/Reckor/DJ JT/Hatten
Guest
Lenny Cooke (G./F.) was a nice player in h.s., entered himself into the draft and went undrafted, im prety sure he was with a nbdl team at the start of the season and then was cut or quit. I think with a couple years of development he could be a solid player.
