OK. I think we can confirm Dominique's desire to coach. The question now is this. Is he willing to work his way up the ladder? He's got no experience and wasn't exactly a coach on the floor during his playing days.

IMO, there is a good chance that, even if Stotts is kept, Dominique will get a chance to be a full time assistant this season. Will he accept it, or does he feel he deserves a job without working his way up the ladder?
