Should this JJ wanting us to trade make us worry ?

I have been so high on this team all pre-season (and before). I am on pins and needles waiting for tip-off tomorrow. I have done everything short of take out an ad in the newspaper to sell people on how good this team will be.

Now, JJ comes out with this. His timing sucks.

We need to get better as a team. We got talent, but we don't have enough vets and other pieces(center, enforcer,shutdown defender, another shooter and on...)

There is nothing wrong with JJ saying that we need to get better. He is right and should be aplauded, he doesn't want to be a part of a team that has the longest playoff drought in the nba.

He is the face of the franchise, if he doesn't say anything than WHO WILL?

My attempts at reading between the lines make me think JJ is talking about getting a veteran PG that is actually worthy of being a starter.

I had some fears in the offseason when it seemed like JJ wanted us to make a strong push for Gasol (correct me if I'm wrong).

However, we played a strong preseason, we got some good young players in the draft. BK has declared rebuilding complete.

My question like yours is What is JJ seeing?
