Dude was a legit 7 feet. He was experienced and from what I gather a leader the locker room. Him and Pachulia together would have given us a nice rotation after Al. He would have been a poor man's Z for the Cav's by this time in is career. At least in my opinion. Anybody agree or disagree?

It was certainly unfortunate but in respect to the 2009-2010 Hawks I believe it is inconsequential.

Think I would agree with Teke. He was not a very good player at a time when our talent was considerably less than what it is now. He had a good shot but was soft and I'm not sure how he would have figured into the rotation. I think the emotional impact lingers more than the loss of talent.

It sucks he passed away, but in basketball terms he just wasn't that good. Really BK screwed up when he alienated Pryzbilla and decided to offer more money to Collier.
