Could someone easily sum up for me who's actually signed to play this year, how many more players we have to sign, and how much money is left to do it?

We have 10 players under contract and I believe the NBA requires a minimum of 13. If Collins re-signs then we'll have 11 and we'll have somewhere around 4 million left to spend before we hit the luxury tax.
