THings have changed over the weekend. He's got 3 teams that have shown up as potentially being interested. One of them is the Hawks. The other two I don't yet know. More when I hear it.

I hope we are at least able to bring him to pre-season

camp and give him a good two or three week workout.

Then, if he is O.K. we should sign him. If he is not O.K.

then help him file for his insurance. He wins either way

and so do the Birds.

Dermarr actually fits alot of the things Billy Knight is

looking for.... Tall, defensive, athletic, can hit the 3

ball... He doesn't have any ball handling ability.... but

at a cheap price he might be worthy of bringing back.

What do you guys think the odds are that DJ comes back? I would really like to bring him back into the fold.

dunno. But up until last weekend, he didn't think his chances were high going anywhere.

I think it could happen simply because of his familiarity. We need players at his position and having one that knows how to play with the key players is a bonus.
