What's going on with him? Who's to say he won't be coming back and starting at the 3 for us? He's a guy who plays hard on the defensive side of the ball, can knock down the 3, and has a lot of ridiculous tattoos. We still have his rights don't we? Anyone heard anything about what's going on with him?

That dude is not healthy, basically had to nurse him through last year. His knees are a problem.

Not sure why we haven't cut him lose but that may be a good sign that we are still looking to trade. I like DS but we don't need him.

I think he did a good job last year considering his knees were 60 years old. Not a fan of him having a roster spot this year, though.

There is no reason to cut him right now. We aren't in need of the cap space for an offer, and his contract is probably worth what we are paying him right now. His play may not be worth $2.5m but his contract is non-guaranteed and that can be a valuable piece to trade.

That and if it does come down to his value not being worth the contract then why cut him now? We don't start paying him until November.

I feel like we are waiting to see if there is a trade for him. Someone looking to cut some money. It can be an easy 2.4 savings for a team.
