Back to the Future: Chad Ford Gives Himself An A+

Not sure if anyone has already posted this but apparently Chad Ford's draft boards have been repeatedly edited to make them look better (studs rising on the boards after the fact while duds fall).

ESPN claims that while they confirmed someone manually changed his draft boards in this way, they don't know who did it, and they believe Ford when he denies it.

 

Personally, I don't.  He has for years tried to pretend like he didn't prefer Marvin Williams to Chris Paul and to minimize his past draft swings and misses (Darko Milicic anyone?).  This type of manipulation would be 100% consistent with his manipulation of the message to stroke his ego (such as crapping on the Hawks for picking Marvin at #2 when he was Ford's highest rated player and the guy Ford said was the most likely to be a star in the class).

This sums it up best. Chad is that dumb.

I don't think your average fan or reader notices the complete bullshit that writers peddle. Writing skills don't necessarily correlate to analytical and critical thinking skills.
