This is a game to be excited for imo.  The game will be televised on Sportssouth and Bud has said that he will shorten the bench and play his normal rotation tonight.  Some questions regarding the rotation may be answered tonight and it will be against a tough opponent.

We are also able to get a good look at our two biggest division rivals.  Miami and Washington start at 8pm on ESPN and the starters will be on the floor.

The defense is at "hell" level.  That's all I ask. 

I was listening to the Utah Jazz season preview and Quinn is like the younger, more candid Bud.  He said his main focus is to prevent the other teams' fun on defense.   Simple, but brilliant concept.  

Nobody had fun against us last year except Cleveland while we were hurt and spent from the longest season of our core's careers.  Oh yeah, and Milwaukee one game.

Gotta love the Phillips crowd chanting "defense!" up 13 compared to Falcons crowds that are absolutely dreadful.

Held the Grizzlies to 7 points in the 1st quarter. I know it's just preseason, but our defense is already in mid-season form.

Now if we can get the offense rolling.  Our defense should be better than last year but we are going to miss Demarre on offense.  It was nice having two 40% 3 pt shooters on the wing.
