Atlanta Hawks point guard Jeff Teague selling Atlanta penthouse for $2.2 million

Amid trade rumors, Atlanta Hawks point guard Jeff Teague has listed his Buckhead penthouse for $2.18 million.

The 4,325 square-foot penthouse was built in 2008 and sits on the top floor of the Terminus Building. It has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bathroom and features walls of floor to ceiling windows, a media room, a bar, and an office.

According to sporttrac.com, Teague signed a 4-year $32 million contract with the Atlanta Hawks in 2013.

And Teague, who sporttrac.com reported signed a 4-year $32 million contract with the Atlanta Hawks in 2013, isn’t the only Atlanta athlete who has listed a condo in the Terminus Building for millions.

Former Atlanta Braves second baseman Dan Uggla sold his condo in the Terminus Bulding in March 2014. His 4,595 square-foot Buckhead condo originally had a price tag of $2.75 million but sold for $2.25 million.

Hawks All-Star point guard Jeff Teague has put his condo atop Buckhead's Terminus Building on the market.

The stylish 4,000-square foot refurbished penthouse has been on sale since November for $2.18 million.

Teague signed a four-year, $32 million contract with the team in 2013. He has struggled of late, and been the subject of recent trade rumors.

The home, which features a spacious outdoor area that overlooks the city skyline, was once owned by Music Midtown co-founder Peter Conlon. Teague has owned the property for just over a year and refurbished it to a more modern taste.

Listed for sale initially on October 1st (with an incorrect price apparently), then relisted/priced on October 2nd, and finally on January 20th it became a pending sale (possibly offer?).  You could also look at Coldwell Banker:

I think the Realtor.com one is probably off with the strange "Delist" event but whatever it shows the listing started in October:

I recall searching for this previously and coming to the conclusion of an early October sale date, so there's probably other sites out there. I don't think I saw any of them with November, so who in their right mind came up with that listing I have no clue.

Just for side trivia, the Terminus rooftop patio was used for filming, among other TV shows, LeBron's Survivor's Remorse (Cam Calloway's place) in Season 1.
