I liked him so much for what he did off the court. And I guess part of that made me ignore some of the deficiencies he had as a coach. But after seeing the way the team has performed under Nate, I agree that he should've been gone.

Clearly in over his head. Reminds me of Quinn, except at least the Hawks had the sense of sending their dud packing instead of hanging on to him two season more than they should have.
