Carter is out of the question, wat about IVERSON?

i would love to have iverson as our starting PG. The guy is avg 8 apg as the PG of Philly.

Rumors say that Miami wasnt willing to give up Jones (older + long/ugly contract) for Carter. that tells u something about Carter's trade value in this league.

if thats true, i think IVERSON may have a somewhat low trade value as well. lower than we may think.

if thats the case, i would love to go after him. not quite sure what id take.

The type of game that Iverson has played will shorten his career. Obrien was smart to move him to PG. It means less bumping and less getting beat up.

If we were to make a move, I would be interested in B'Diddy...

So here's the question....

Knowing what N.O. wants and needs would you do this trade:

Walker/J-Smoove/Drob/1st 2006 for BDiddy/Magloire

Now that's an interesting trade....

I think I'd do it.

Magloire/Harrington/Diaw/Childress/BDiddy.

I think giving up Smoove would be the hardest part, but You got to give N.O. something for their 2 best players and Walker in his last year aint enough.

all that for baron davis? come on, we have a budding star in Josh Smith now...there's no way I'd do that..I'd send hate mail to Knight if he did that...now if it was Walker, Diaw and a 1st, I'd go with that.

Baron Davis and Magloire...

Magloire was an allstar C last year. Davis is an allstar PG. All we really give up is capspace, J-Smoove/1st for 2 allstars.

I would rather give up Harrington than J-Smooth but again, it's still interesting.

Don't forget that both all stars are hurt. I'd rather stick with the rebuild. Smoove is untradeable.
