Also falcons signed a kicker, Todd Peterson , I have no clue about him, and they are talking to Ike Reese of the Eagles, special teams probowler!

At this point, the cap hit to cut Price would be far too much. His cap number would go up $3.5 million if we cut him now and would also leave us with nearly $6 million in dead money for 2006.

Peterson accuracy kicking in the swirling win of San Francisco was nearly equal to Feely's, who kicked inside a dome. So, I'd like to think of Peterson as an upgrade. Peterson doesn't have nearly as strong a leg on kickoffs, though, so we may see another kicker brought in for that.

Reese is being looked at to replace departed ST ace Artie Ulmer.

I do hope the Falcons are planning on taking a serious look at an OL in the 1st Round of the draft, regardless of what Alex Gibbs thinks.
