_sturt_
Perhaps it (ie, the Walker draft pick) will all work out to our benefit after all is said and done, though... who knows.
Plainview1981
You might know that the one time the Lakers could be useful to the Hawks they would fail.
RAHMOR
Do the Hawks have bad luck. It seems like as soon as the Walker trade was made the Lakers started to tank.
Plainview1981
No, the Lakers are like the Cavs... Once the season really got going the lack of talent and depth started to show up. Rudy T probably seen this coming..
CBAreject
Hold off on the 'bad luck' talk. We'll see what happens to this draft pick before we judge our luck. It might turn out to be higher next year than it would've been this year. Perhaps, it will be 12-15 (best case scenario). I think that BK got what he could for AW. If Boston had known how good they would be with him, they might've given up Jefferson (which is what I wanted). That's all hindsight, though. We're in a good position with a top 4 pick and a #31 pick this year and two first rounders next year. ONLY THING IS: we might not get the pick next year, either. The Lakers are pretty bad and capped out. They have to finish outside the worst 10 teams in the league, and I'm not sure they will do it.
