ESPN Insider says Hawks want to bring back Lue

Just reading the rumor section and it says billy knight hopes to bring back lue since he has been talking to his agent.I gues if the hawks can't get JJ then Lue is the second choice? I certainly hope knight doesn't plan on signing lue and JJ and not getting a center.I think Knight is playing all of his cards if plan A doesn't work there is plan B and C.

Well, obviously, if you plan to start two 6-8 guards, it behooves you to have some shorter/quicker guys available on the bench... but guys that the coach trusts... Lue has that. I've never really understood why anyone would assume that Lue wasn't still in BK's plans.

If the hawks can sign lue and JJ plus a center then its ok.We do need a pure point guard even with JJ to get flexibility in the lineup.I just don't want the hawks to offer lue a huge amount then the center is left with jason collier.

What are you talking about? I hope you don't think that lue will be getting 5 million plus per year to be a back-up. And what does Lue have to do with the team's interest in signing a center?

Actually I was hoping that Lue was through as a hawk.

Only if the price is right would I want Lue back. I don't want to be stuck with alot of gurads that aren't future staters for our team.
