Yup. Our defense is good as well. Need a couple pieces to improve our offense. I wouldn't expect the Hawks to do much before the trade deadline but the draft and free agency are going to be very interesting.

While I really like Gallinari, I feel that this leaves the Hawks weak at PF instead of SF. Worth a shot if we can somehow bring in a quality PF. Probably something like a stretch-4 who can hit the mid-range but still play around the basket.... so... Like Millsap.

Yea. Lost Carrol. Lost Horf. Time to get a bit younger. I still dont think this is a compete rebuild though. At least not a "tank" rebuild where the Hawks only reload via the draft. -

Well lets see where this goes. by the way, Cle didnt have a lot of future picks so getting a 1st rounder in 2019 is decent.

As a fan you just have to say, "There's always next year." Good news is the Hawks have been drafting pretty well lately and they were smart enough to recognize Giannis's talent, even if he didnt fall to them. They found Schröder and Prince/Bembry show a lot of promise. Have faith.

Yea... Can we start moving these threads to "Around the Association"? As for his comments; in a way he's right. Boston has a lot of assets. Atlanta is trying to dig out of years of poor management while Boston traded away their championship pieces to rebuild. Guess Atlanta should have traded their over-the-hill players when they had the chance. Wouldn't you agree, Mr. Horford?

Well, Moose is shooting .439 from 3. But yea, Baze has been disappointing so far. We can only hope that he is going through a slump and will turn it around soon.
