  1. I like Dudley better. He's one of those journey men players like Caroll and will blow up under Bud.
  2. I honestly thought Deng was 35-36, that sum bitch is "only" 31.
  3. The only way to attract franchise players is to have a franchise player already on board. Making the playoffs for what 9-10 seasons straight doesn't move the needle for these free agents.
  4. This fool probably had a grade I knee sprain and is over exaggerating for whatever reason.
  5. Prince just doesn't move the needle for me. Wouldn't be too disappointed with his selection depending who's left on board. Timothy Luwawu passes my eye test and some. I'd be happy as the Dennis pick if he lands with us. I also like Blossomgame in the 2nd. The draft is fairly weak but it's very deep with some projected 2nd rounders I like alot.
  6. DH and Millsap compliment each other very well. I prefer Whiteside but he's going to get the supermax. Dwight might as well. His value is at an all time low so considering how this franchise attracts free agents, he realistically could be attainable.
  7. Forget this tall SpongeBob dude. Should have drafted Rudy along with Dennis. What a draft that could have been. Ferry really was a poor drafter.
  8. We own their top 14 protected pick from the Payne trade. I'm hoping their picks falls to the 7th range and they can keep the pick while getting Teague for it. Rubio is a career mid 30% shooting from the field. Not from the 3 point line but his overall shooting percentage. Thibs is also their BudCox I believe so who knows what direction they want to go.
  9. He had one more rebound(14) than 3 point attempt(13) for the series, Making an NBA 3 pointer for a backcourt player must feel like a drug because it makes guys do odd things coughs#smoove.
  10. The Hawks never had the horses to compete, just our life story.
  11. The d*ck riding on certain players on this site has to stop. The franchise needs wholesale changes. I don't know who should go or stay but changes have to be met. There is no single player that is untouchable here. I would not mind extending Al. He's decided to extend his overall game out to the perimeter which is fine and all but we need an interior guy does most things in the paint. Looking at Minnys roster, they really just need a vet pf along with a better pg. They have a team that caters to his playing style. I'd wish we could work something out with their pick, if it's even tradeable.
  12. Who is it do you want at the 4 between Horford and Millsap. To me Millsap is superior to Al in almost every category.
  13. This dude will do exceptionally well in this offense, I mean all star caliber. His defense will probably negate everything tho, so that's that. Another thought is KK was a horrific defender and most people respect his defense now, so that's that too.
  14. I like Tavares over Bebe from what I've seen. Doesn't change that fact Ferry wasted a 1st round pick for nothing. Guys like Hardaway, Dieng, and Snell would be welcome additions to the team.
  15. Kemba and Lance is an interesting backcourt. MKG is basically Crash part deux and compliments those two pretty well with defense, hustle, rebounding etc. Al is as good as a center Charlotte could as for especially in the East. They have a pretty big hole at 4. Boozer sorta makes sense of them. That lineup gives anyone problems, especially us.
  16. This is two years in a row Ferry has struck out in free agency. Millsap is a nice player but he makes this team mediocre which in the NBA is the worst position to be at... We are gonna have to give up something to get something. I think Ferry starts to get an itchy finger at the deadline if nothing happens this offseason.
  17. The guy is damaged goods, simple as that. It wasn't like he was considered "goods" in the first place though. Sure would have been nice to have the elder Plumlee boy on the roster, right there for the taking too.
  18. Monroe is a disaster on defense. I'm talking inferior to Zaza and his motor on that end is non existent. On offense, he's a somewhat poormans version of Zbo. If you put him at 5, you are gonna have to surround him with ultra athletic 3s and 4s.
  19. Might be my own conspiracy theory but I think Ferry is very open to trading Al cause of his value. Payne looks to have very similar characteristics to Horford imo. Maybe Westbrook for Al or something along those lines. All the great 2 guards of this generation are aging fast and it would be a good time to acquire a top 5 SG....

    Bebe update

I agree that he's a long term project. Mostly likely will see real contributions around age 24. He'll probably dominate some games in the D L.. Isn't he coming over for summer league? He was impressive last year. Hoping to see some overall improvement and a potential match up against Embiid,
  21. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ka95mh-scnY Hood and Parker are guys he'll be going up against and he did his thing. He was killin Hood who's suppose to be a top flight athlete and defender.... His AA is questionable but his game speed and court awareness is noticeable.
  22. Bring JH home and possibly trade Teague to the highest bidder. If Sac is willing to trade Smart (if he falls to 8th) then why not.
  23. Love is a great player but not the superstar nor will he take this team over the top. His skillset is too redundant with Millsap and Horford. Besides Minny ain't gonna give him away. This team needs major talent along the wings and backcourt.
  24. He projects as a much more versatile Varejao to me or atleast more defensive minded. Also see some Noah in there too. Hard to not to compare them considering body type, hair, country, etc. I notice he seems very light on his feet opposed to being athletic. Lastly with the weight issue. Just don't fight it. He has a high metabolism and it will slow down as he reaches his late 20s. Just hope he has a strong enough base to handle most in the league until then.
