Babycakes and Teague has nothing to do with the Hawks losing. The Hawks are beating the Hawks. Lack of ball movement and very poor perimeter three point defense is what's killing the Hawks. Turnovers comes from the lack of chemistry.....and chemistry is what the Hawks offense is missing for the first time in years.

Prince needs to start. Let Korver come off the bench with Muske, since he can do some of the things Horford could. Move Baze to the two. If you wanna give Dwight the ball, I suggest the Orlando factor. ISO Dwight by putting everyone else on the three point line. Or at least try something different, cause teams are starting to figure the Hawks out already.

Baze is pressing. He'll be fine. I'm starting to think that Korver and Howard can't play together.

The Hawks beat the Hawks this game. No energy at all. I expect a different team tomorrow.

The DS17 learning curve was expected. He'll be just fine. He knows that contract doesn't promise him a starting job, so I believe the motivation is still there.

Honestly, SAR was also my favorite Hawk. I went with Smitty.

The Hawks need to do a better job getting Korver the ball. When DS17 goes 0 for 5 from three while Korver only put up three shots something is wrong. I also agree that Korver would be an excellent spark off the bench.

This game was hilarious. What's even more funny is the fact that Charlotte really think they outplayed the Hawks. Please believe when I say they won't win another game against the Hawks this season. The Hawks knew like we all knew that they had this game in the bag.

I would love to have that line up next season, for now just replace Thabo with Prince.

It's between feeding the post and lack of chemistry. If you notice there's been alot of ISO then we're accustomed to. This is because the team is still learning how to play together. Korver needs to come off the bench. I have nothing against the man, but he's one of the reasons we turn the ball over. He tries to make these fast passes for it to only go wrong. Plus, I've noticed that the Hawks defense takes a hit when he's in the game as well. Start Thabo.

Moose played a hell of a game. That put back dunk was powerful. I really hope his back doesn't keep him out for long. Moose is leading the NBA in FG%! Great win by the good guys.

LoL. I saw a poster say that the guard play was terrible. DS17 doesn't look the same. I'm not saying he sucks, he just looks uncomfortable running the offense. One of the reasons why I was high on DS17 was because of his passing..... haven't seen much of his playmaker passing in a while.

Besides this is more about Mike Scott being out for 4 weeks with a knee injury.

I like this move. Kelly looked like a good fit in preseason. I actually think he'll be more productive than Edy.

The funny thing is that for years the 2 major weakness of the Hawks was lack of rebounding and a rim protector A.K.A a true center. The second was aggressive point guard play . Now they have both. It's about to get ugly for teams when they play the Hawks...... cause this is and for the first time a totally different Hawks team. The Woody era is now officially over.

Millsap got straight molly wap in the paint last season. I hope the refs give Milly the calls this season. If they do, D8 and Milly would be a tougher guard. Teams are going to have to change their offensive approach with this Hawks squad. .for the first time in many years.

Wow. That comment about DS17 and Teague tells me who he really wanted to run the point. IMO, he basically said he would have liked to keep Teague a little longer.

Pay the man. Millsap is the best two way Hawk player in a good while. Plays hard on every play and has the heart of a champion. Let's keep this in mind, Millsap was the only Hawk to make the all-star team this past season originally. Horford made it in as an injury replacement. Who's a better at PF in the east better than Millsap?

I'm aware they play different positions, but the cap space will force the Hawks to pick one @JayBirdHawk I'm just saying they will be expensive to resign both. Like the Millsap and DMC ordeal.
