No clue what they'd offer besides future draft picks. But it was Woj who said it on ESPN today. I need to just shut myself out of the draft talk until it actually happens. Seeing stuff like this now is only going to make it worse when Sacramento takes him or we pass on him. Although rumors now are that Dallas wants to move up and grab him.

If Doncic falls to us at 3 it'll be like Calvin falling to us at 26 all over again for me. Schlenk better run to the podium as fast as he can to get that pick in and thank the Basketball gods that the best player in the draft fell to us.

Good, the franchise is in good hands then. Just don't draft Trae Young #3 and I'll be cool on draft night. If Ayton and Luka are gone 1 & 2, I would love a trade back to get Young. I think the fall off in talent after those two guys is pretty noticeable whereas there's not a huge difference between 3 - 8. Young excites me the most outside of those two.

I was reading on the AJC last night that even if the Minnesota pick doesn't transfer this year it could still transfer during the next 2 seasons. Makes me feel a little better about our current situation.. But I fully expect an ATL win tonight and a Denver win tomorrow night. Just the luck ATL sports has been having lately.

We'll see what happens during the next few days before the deadline, but if any of these vets aren't traded and we keep the status quo - I have a theory that maybe Travis is scared to get a top 3 pick. A lot of pressure to get the top picks right, especially for a 1st year GM. And right now I think you can say there are 3 or 4 guys who could realistically be that top pick. If you swing and miss and your guy is a bust or not as good as the guys taken immediately after, your job as GM is on the line. A lot less pressure picking 4-8 compared to 1-3. Especially when there isn't 1 or 2 stand out prospects.

Players like Baze, Dedmon, Ersan, and Belli are great...but they’re great if you’re a contender/championship caliber team. Which we’re years away from becoming. I wish we had them on our 60 win team. Maybe we would have made it past Cleveland. But for this team as currently constructed, they’re just hurting our chances at obtaining that potential start player we need and covet. We aren’t winning a championship with a team full of Bazes and Ersans. Trade them. Get what you can. And don’t screw up this tank.

From strictly a draft pick perspective - No. The difference in a couple of slots in the 20s is not nearly as important as the top 1-5 in the draft.

So our young guys went out there and played great, actually won the game, but we still get the L to help our tank? Sounds like a win-win to me.

The Dennis injury looked BAD. No weight being put on it either. Hoping for the best for him.

Speaking from personal experience, if you don't put yourself in bad situations 99.99% of the time you aren't gonna be arrested. But hell, maybe the cop was a Boston fan.

I mean he was arrested so not sure how much assuming is going on. If you don't put yourself in bad situations stuff like this doesn't happen.

I'm all for being optimistic but I just don't see the talent on this roster to compete for a playoff spot. Dennis is a good player, but besides him who do we have? Prince, Bembry, and Collins will be solid (maybe even all stars in a couple years) but do I think they're gonna win 30 - 40 games for us this year? No. I think we're lucky to win 20 games. I'll gladly eat crow if I'm wrong. Nonetheless, we have an exciting young team that is going to be a blast to watch this year and in the upcoming years. Couple that with a potential top 3 pick this year and I think we're sitting pretty for years to come - just not this year.
