BornandDieHawks
It's look like AI is not just going to go anywhere just to get out of Philly. web page
Plainview1981
AI is a b!tch.
Johnnybravo4
It also proves that when GM's say that they don't want a player it is utter bulls*it. I swore someone thought they checked my ass with a quote from the Bobcat's GM saying that they wouldn't mortgage their future to pick up AI. DJlaysitup
This is good news for us. We don't need AI turning the Bobcats around at the same time when we may be struggling with an injury to JJ. Let him go West. You're right about the GM's quote though JB. What a bunch of damage control spin that was.

The 76ers should send him to a bad team.
DrReality
If we are lucky he'll go to Indy and torpedo their team so we can get a good pick. According to another league source, the Celtics remain on the list of teams in contention for Iverson's services, along with Minnesota, Indiana Chicago, Denver, Charlotte, Sacramento, Dallas, and the Clippers. AtLaS
If AI goes to Indy with JO and Harrington that team will be a contender, not a team that will give us a great pick.. Just because you don't want AI on this team doesn't mean he's a cancer.

JJ22
That JJ is the only piece we would be able to give back to the 76ers? Is Steven A. just that stupid to think ATL would give up JJ for AI? Does he even know that JJ is better player(Better shooter, better defender, younger, etc) than AI? AtLaS
He's just thinking about it in terms of salaries, but we have cap space he probably didn't take that into consideration. But he is right in that we probably couldn't trade for AI because of Belkin's [censored] ass, even if we wanted to.
