Is Woody the worst coach in NBA history???

This is a little bit much. I mean your feeding off everyones frustration. He is not the worst in history, but he is the worst here since I have been a Hawks fan. Tarkanian was a horrible coach.

I think he is. As a reversal from the movie "Top Gun"..."Simply the Worst...worser than all the Rest".

Honestly - we all predicted in the chatroom that Woody would get outcoached by the old Wino Nellie and we'd get our asses handed to us in the 3rd quarter. What does Woody do at halftime?

The sad thing is that Woodson isn't even the worst coach that BK has hired! I have to say that Sidney Lowe is the worst coach ever, but just because Woodson is not the worst coach ever does not mean that he isn't pitiful.

Let me put it this way, he is the worst coach I have ever paid attention to. For instance I know nothing about Randy Wittman. His record looks bad but he has no real talent. I have personally never seen such a horrible coach.

I mean the ineptitude just runs across the board. We do not play to our strengths at all, there are no adjustments, crazy subs, lets the players decide where they should play etc...

The ONE thing he had going for him was keeping the team motivated through all the losing, but he has clearly even lost the team at this point. Luckily we have high character guys, otherwise they would be all over the papers, but he clearly has lost them.
