This definitely ends the Celts run with their current squad...look for Pierce to be dealt or possible KG

Celtics aren't going anywhere. They knock off the Heat in dramatic fashion today, with Pierce and Rondo leading the way.

Look for the absence of Rondo to ignite the slumping Jason Terry and a guy who couldn't get minutes lately in Leandro Barbosa.

Veteran teams don't die easily. I fully expect the Celtics to start playing better basketball without Rondo. They were a little too dependent on him anyway. Now this forces others to step up, and they will do just that.
