Teague happy to be back

Passer... Playmaker... Semantics.

IF we run pick and roll with Horf and Sap, you will see Teague's assists rise. In fact, if we move away from the offense we played last season without Smoove, his assists should rise. The question is is he a playmaker... When I said semantics, what I meant is.. that doesn't matter. Once Teague goes over 8.5 apg, he will be considered an elite PG.

Nobody ever questioned Stockton's playmaking... and all he did was PNR.

Assists are awesome but Teague is not a particularly gifted facilitator. He's a scorer, and a darn good one. I'm seeing an 18 and 8 year next year. I think he and Shredder will eventually be able to share the court and if not we ship one off for more assets.
