Rear-end Collision

My husband was rear-ended last Thursday, he is doing well considering: sore and stiff.

The guy fell asleep at the wheel and hit him going 45 mph+.

Anyway we got the police report: the name is wrong(added an 'S' to last name and first name and middle initial wrong/the drivers lisense # wrong/DOB wrong/gender wrong.

How is this possible?

Wow that sucks but glad your husband is ok. Been a rough few months out there for him as a motorist! I'm not surprised that the police report had errors but that's pretty sad.

Well depending on the location of the accident I'm not shocked. Glad the Mr. is ok.

I'm sorry. I bet he is sore. That's a violent collision at that speed. As long as you have his insurance info you should be ok. Don't let them screw you over though because they will try. Most of them anyway.

Glad he is ok. Better see what the other drivers coverage is in regards to damage to your vehicle and any bodily injury claims he may have had.
