Afro
Any 1 year vets we could trade mack or Scott for? Rodney hood? Being under Snyder should help the transition
Cheese
I like Jenkins better than Bazemore and Hardaway, but I've seen very little of him so I'm probably wrong. I suspect if Jenkins got regular minutes and wasn't looking over his shoulder or deferring to teammates, he's score a ton.
Plainview1981
Jeff Teague PG/SG* Kyle Korver SG/SF* Kent Bazemore SF/SG* Paul Millsap PF/SF* Al Horford C/PF* Dennis Scroeder PG** Tim Hardaway Jr SG/SF** Thabo Sefalosha SF/SG** Mike Scott PF/SF** Tiago Splitter C** Shelvin Mack PG/SG*** John Jenkins SG*** Austin Daye PF/SF/SG*** Mike Muscala C/PF*** Honestly speaking I expect all of our players to get better or at least more consistent in this system and collectively we look deep...... The wing spots are full of mediocre players..... And you can count onTS missing 20 games.

bird_dirt
I loved DMC, but it wasn't really until his second and final season that he became a real positive as a starter....you know, after his transformation to Black Korver. I think one day Baze or THJR could potentially develop into a quality starter we appreciate, but that won't likely happen this season.

That's ok...You can't evaluate our wings like other teams do...We don't ask them to do the same things as other teams do. We only ask them to catch and shoot and know your defensive keys. We should be fine. I actually like our front court and its versatility! Edited July 2, 2015 by Peoriabird
RWF
Yeah, we play Lebron on a nightly basis...WTF??? This is WTF: George Butler Lebron Harris Melo Parsons Leonard Pierce Iggy Gay Batum on and on can take Korver on offense. Korver is not a SF. Premium Member Peoriabird Posted July 2, 2015 Premium Member Report Share Posted July 2, 2015 Tiago has injury problems too He is a back up center now maybe getting 18 minutes per night. Not a concern

Korver is not a SF. I don't think Korver should be starting at this point in his career. He is a back up center now maybe getting 18 minutes per night. Not a concern I read he could be starting depending on the match ups.

As Far as Splitter is concerned. Even if he starts some nights, He still will be considered a back up getting back up minutes. I think you guys are a little jumpy for some reason. I mean centers can't keep up with Kyle but I'm not going to have him at center either. Kyle is a straight up shooting guard.

No he's not a "straight up shooting guard", he played plenty of SF last year. You watched, right? Edited July 2, 2015 by hazer

sillent
Let's just hop on this Perry, Gerald or Wes wagon. :) I actually like all 3 but it would be tough for me to choose over Gerald Green & Perry Jones but Gerald would probably be best for this team. nonono
wasn't green pretty woeful last year? I could get on the perry jones bandwagon though
