Source: Braves deal Uribe, K.J. for Minors pitchers

The Braves began unloading some of their veterans on Friday night, when they traded Juan Uribe and Kelly Johnson to the Mets in exchange for two Minor League pitchers -- Robert Whalen and John Gant. The Braves and Mets have not officially announced the completion of this trade, but an industry source confirmed the players involved.
