HawkItus
Personally, I don't think he is gon until he signs a contract. Or perhaps he didn't want to come back. We shall see.
Premium Member Diesel Posted July 2, 2016 Premium Member Report Share Posted July 2, 2016 Was it that he demanded a 5th year Max contract and we said No and he said well... I am out? Because even at that... our 4 year max with 7.5% raises is still higher than what anybody else could offer. Or Is it that we have right of first refusal and if he signs, we can match? Or Will we lose Splitter and Thabo and keep him. The owner said no Cutting Corners. That would mean resigning Al and going over the LT... I just don't know how that's done though. No matter who does and doesn't like Horford it doesn't take a genius to realize that Teague/Horford for a 30 year old Dwight is a loss.
JTB
I love Thabo but you got to go bruh! and Splitter wouldn't be needed with Sap, Horford, Howard front court.

He still has value, but he can't make up the difference by himself.

HawkItus
It seems Al is the hold up. If he told us to wait I truly hope the Hawks do what's best for the team. Al or no Al.
