murphy is 8th in the NBA in rebounds per 48 with over 16...

he's a good rebounder...

Maybe Murphy is someone we should look into trying to sign or trade for here. We need a bigman who can rebound. It doesn't necessarily have to be a center just someone who can bang in the paint. If coach Woodsen had a good rebounder and a 3point threat we would have 10 more wins than what we have now.

i'd rather get bogut and swift...murphy is a 41% power forward...i mean, cmon...41%?!?!?

smoove/chill at 3/4 would average 15-20rpg combined...

I like Murphy but do not think he would come cheap. Don't know if he would be our starter in a year or two either, depends on who we draft, free agents and where Smoove and Childress end up playing.

He is not a all-star type player but would be a good pickup if cheap enough.

Murphy is averages only .2 boards less a game then Duncan. Murphy 11.4 Duncan 11.6

Murphy has always been the player I wish Atlanta could trade for, but it will never happen.

GS just signed Murphy to a big contract this past offseason. He isn't going anywhere.
