  1. Zach Klein said there was a 1000% chance we move Schröder in the next month. I agree with him. And when we drafted Schröder no one knew if he was the PG of the future. It’s pretty clear Trae is our PG of the future and I’ll be shocked if he’s not starting Day 1.
  2. Paul Hewitt pulled in 5 5 stars from 06-09. He just couldn’t coach at all and had an awful contract.(still paying him after he was fired in 2010) Then we had Gregory who couldn’t coach or recruit...he really made Tech irrelevant. Now we lost Okogie so look for Tech to suck again this year. If Pastner can land his top targets in the 19 and 20 classes then I can see Tech in the tournament soon but it’s a big if.
  3. +100. Pairing Reddish with Young could be the top backcourt in the league in the future.
  4. You’re right. Let’s not even see how Huerter does before making that statement. You act like pick 30 is so valuable. (It’s not) Though I do love the Spellman pick.
  5. He does need to clean up his shot selection (he will with more experience) but he was asked to carry an awful Oklahoma team. He’s an elite shooter.
  6. I like him a lot too. At worst I feel like he’s going be a really good big off the bench.
  7. I thought it was the exact opposite? Rockets had PJ Tucker playing Center in the playoffs a lot. Rockets started Ryan Anderson or Tucker at PF, Warriors started Durant at PF and Draymond at Center. 6’10 Capela starts at Center for Rockets...Warriors had 6’9 Jordan Bell at Center coming off the bench. Cavs had 6’9 Tristan Thompson at Center. Collins is the perfect Center in today’s game. Putting another big Center next to him would get exposed in the playoffs. Thank god we didn’t waste a high pick on JJJ or Bamba.
  8. Yep. Rockets were using PJ Tucker a lot at Centsr in the WCF. Collins + Capela would get clogged in the playoffs. Another reason I didn’t want JJJ/Bamba.
  9. How can you can claim we didn’t land any superstar players in the draft when they haven’t any taken to floor yet?
  10. I really think Collins fits best as a small 5. Plus Rockets are gonna match any deal to retain Capela.
  11. Lol listening to 92.9 a Hawks fan just called in and said Young will suck in the NBA because he’s 5’11 155. I love when people make up measurables. Young is 6’2 190. (He’s gained 12 pounds since the combine)
  12. Good news considering ESPN sucks.
  13. I like Reddish over Barrett as well. Seems to have more of an all around game than Barrett.
  14. I’d says it’s worked pretty good for the Falcons. (Quinn/Seahawks D)
  15. Yeah cause guys like Steph Curry, Mike Conley, Chris Paul dont debunk your theory.
  16. Trae’s a better scorer/shooter, better passer, quicker, better handles etc. Doncic’s lack of foot speed concerns me...Trae will be the better player and we get a pick from Dallas. And not sure what you’re talking about with the #4 pick. Memphis wanted a top 10 pick for letting go of #4 and Parsons. Hawks didn’t have the assets to get it...lol at cheap.
  17. Check the highlights. Was skeptical on the comps but really does have similarities to Klay. Looks like he could be a stud.
  18. Except Huerter is not a bad defender.
  19. Lol what? Spellman is good defensively. Love this pick.
  20. He led the nation in points and assists (only player ever) as a 19 year old freshman despite double/triple teams. Not sure how that =‘s civic but we’ll see.
  21. Trae is a Bentley. (Not saying he’ll be better than Steph)
  22. Not a good comparison at all. Is that still a good player? Lol
  23. Well Zach’s also saying we’re trading back with Dallas at #5 for Trae Young so I doubt we’d want Beverly if that’s true. May be targeting Lonnie Walker at #13.
