NBA Live 2006......EA should be ASHAMED

Just got NBA 2K6 today and it is way better than NBALive. THe graphics are way better than Live. For themost part the faces look almost identical to the real people. They have dancers on the sidelines. They have a real good model of the Phillips arena. They even have our slogan "Rise Up" over the scoring board. I haven't figured out all the controls yet but I am sure it won't take long to do.

Actually I think I am going to switch to NBA 06, but only after I get my 360 in January.

I'm reading that the NBA Live 360 version only has

seaso and single game mode. LMAO

Look, I know some of the games were rushed to meet the

Xbox launch... But couldn't they do better than that?

NBA2k6 on Xbox 360 is getting alot better reviews.

Btw, I got my Xbox 360 off ebay and I'm going to go

pick it up to day most likely. 500 bucks for the system and the extra control.

Not bad since it's 399 at the store and of course you got

to include Tax and the extra control is what... 40 bucks

or so? It beats riding around all over the place trying

to find one for maybe 20 bucks cheaper. F*ck you are likely

to spend that much or more in extra gas trying to find

the thing.

right now I would be extremely hesitant to buy a 360, especially not a brand new one with all the problems they are having with them due to the rushed delivery date.

Well, it is brand new and it has a Wal-Mart receipt

and we are going to go pick it up from Valdosta GA.

Yeah, it will probably cost as much or more than the

40 bucks shipping and handling.. But hey if you go and

get it you can be alot more sure of what you are buying.

I was dissapointed in EA and Live 06 too. But my friend has NBA 06 and I really got in to it. Had to get my own copy for xmas. "The Life: Vol. 1" is really deep, man. The path from Rookie to a player in the NBA Finals is long but interesting with all the different things involved such as endorsements, press conferences, trades, and injuries. Good game, man.

I'm going to wait for 2K6 to go down in price before I buy it. I passed on buying a brand new NBA game this year, but it's not likely for the price to drop for the 360
