Gray Mule
Lookin' good at the half! 57-44. Rose has 15 for Bulls -- Ratliff 4 blocks in 1st half. Go Hawks ! Gray Mule
Guest
Do you know how hard this is, Bulls Hawks, Cocktail party on the tube, and papers to write. Still shooting over 50%! Coupel quick observations - it's great that Hendu's playing so well as we're still limiting Reef's minutes. Hendu did however get abused by the much more athletic/quicker Martin in the season opener. Theo's a beast. He just blocks shots and then blocks some more. I wish I could watch most games to see how many he alters as well. Are teams even garding Big Dawg? His shooting % is redunkulous. Nice turnover number tonight thus far, let's keep it in the single digits for the game.

Teeareess
Has Lon ever had a winning record as Hawks coach? Great win against a team that didn't quit! This Bulls team is going to be a lot better a lot quicker than I would've thought. Cartwright has really put his stamp on this team.
Gray Mule
Down by 15, they come back within 3 but can't stop Atlanta from hitting free throws. Big Dawg just set a new Hawks record. He is our very first player to have back to back to back 30 point games to open a season. The last 2 free throws did it. I watched WGN telecast. It was the only one to carry the game on my cable. They are high on their hustling young team - - They sure don't give up. Hawks defense looked better tonight. Saved some of Theo's energy for fourth quarter -- Hawks needed it. Dickau still looks kinda lost. missed some long shots and had a couple of fouls in limited time. He'll learn. 2-1 for season. Not great, but not bad. Tough road games ahead. Georgia up by 1 -- N.D no longer undefeated. Hawks win and the Falcons up tomorrow -- Busy weekend. Sage11
No, Lon has not put together a winning season since taking over for Lenny. This is his year to put up or shut up. No real excuses not to do well this year. I never agreed with the decision to hire him anyway. I was impressed with the bulls also. I am happy that we won the game............... ThatDamnG03
actually, with that 2-1 record, its the first time the Hawks have been over .500 since before J.R. Rider was here...they were like 9-9 at one point that season and went totally downhill...have not come remotely close since.....[censored] we really deserve a good team this year
Guest
I was wondering the same thing because I missed alot games early that see as I lived in Tennesee and didn't have a computer for those couple of months and was unable to get track of the games.
