I don't know if the NBA has a provision in its bylaws, but I wish David Stern could step and let the NBA buy the Hawks like Major League baseball did with the Washington franchise. Put someone in charge of the team until they can find another owner of the team. This bullsh*t is hurting us today and what top FA would want to come to a franchise in the future going through this bull? This recent ruling will prohibit us from getting true value for AL.

To make a difference you need a number of people. That's something we don't have. These owners have really been more hurtful than they have helpful.

This isn't just about the hawks anymore. At this point you're screwing with players here. With players like Al Harrington and possibly Speedy Claxton being effected you think Stern might step in now. But who knows?
