What about Smoove's fouls, ballhandling, current 0 for 5 shooting, and 5 turnovers? But yet, only ONE person ( unknownjdb ) has said anything even remotely negative about Smoove, until I just did it.

I mean, if you guys want to nit-pick over every little thing a player does, that can easily be done.

LOL . . Shell goes 4 - 4 from the field, and people still find something to complain about. Smoove made up for his mistakes, by grabbing 13 rebounds so far. Shelden did his by scoring . . something he doesn't normally do.

Smoove has 14 rebounds, and 3 blocks, Marvin and Acie both have 3 TO'S mention that. Face it Smoove may not be scoring A LOT but he does other things to make up for his mistakes. Shelden does not..

I LOVE what Smoove is doing. That's why I hadn't even mentioned the other aspects of his game that he was struggling in.

It's just irritating as hell to see people constantly ragging on guys that they don't like, trying to find any little thing to complain about . . even when the player played relatively well.

Another assist by Smoove (( clapping )).

Childress has been FANTASTIC tonight. But we'll see how much praise comes his way. Someone will undoubtedly use his performance, as a reason why Marvin should be coming off the bench . . even though he played well too.

Again, rebounding and free throw shooting are not "little things" when you're talking about Shelden.

And I've never said I don't like Shelden. That's a strawman.

Nice win, nice to see late game composure with all young dudes out on the floor closing out the game.

All of our "SFs" contributed in big ways tonight. Smith, Childress and Marv...put them together and you'd have a hall of famer.

At first I felt that way, but we need Chill to come off the bench for us. And Marvin still has A LOT to prove. So we can't give up on him starting yet...

I really want Shelden to succeed but he still has A LOT of things to learn ...

I don't agree. While he didn't have a great game, it sounded like he moved the ball well, rebounded, and was aggressive. He just didn't shoot well.

I actually mentioned that Marvin may be better off the bench. Nothing to do with this game for Childress. Everything to do with Johnson and him. Marvin seems to get more aggressive when Joe's out of the game.

They're both gonna play 30+ per game, they both seem to be good options off the bench, the problem is that neither one is an OBVIOUS starter.

So...who gives a damn! Tonight they played well apart, and they played well together. Bot produced effectively and efficiently, and we get a W. Life is good.
