Great post. I'll take Toni Kukoc, Leon Smith, and TJ Ford for the Big Dog as my alltime worst trade. I don't really think the trade of Smitty was that big of a deal, it was time to rebuild and Smitty barely had any knee cartilage left.

Yeah, that's probably the worst one. To give anything for Lorenzen is puzzling, but to give up that much was just ridiculous.

I think Babcock had a pretty good record on trades. Obviously the Shareef trade didn't work out, but I was all for it at the time and probably would be all for a similar trade under similar circumstances.
