MrMeltdown
Just don't see how he fits a need. A small front line with a lot of defensive liabilities. This is really a recipe for disaster on the court.

Admin
Awesome, glad that it got done! And that still leaves the Joe TPE open to be used in another deal if we need it. Ferry is sure making the offseason interesting!
ATL_BALLER
Between JJ2, Morrow and Korver, we've got an insane wealth of shooting. Question is: with Joe gone and little post presence to speak of, who's gonna draw the double-teams for the kick out?

MrMeltdown
Ferry seems as one track minded and obsessed as the GM from Houston IMO. Houston GM was obsessed with getting draft picks while Ferry is obsessed with shooters.

Teague, Harris, and Williams can break down the defense with the dribble but neither Al or Josh have great post games against good competition. Maybe we are going to become a heavy pick and roll team and run the offense through the guards, then when you start collapsing on them in the lanes they will be expected to kick out to open players. benhillboy
So am I to understand we get a dead-eye shooter with good size (and who has no problem hitting the wood for loose balls) for virtually nothing? Damn an athlete. Ferry is the Top Dog in Atlanta Sports as it stands today. Edited July 13, 2012 by benhillboy

frosgrim
Another solid move by Ferry, esp as a SnT. He's really thinkning through his resources and using them to better the team. My gosh in what a month, Ferry had done more than in the past 3 years combined!

It seems as if all the ASG bashing has come to a halt as long as they sit back, shut the hell up, and let Ferry deal.
